Mountain Bike Ride

Fixed a 2nd puncture in 3 days this morning, so decided to go for a ride this afternoon. Scheduled rest day from running with only 4 days off last month.
Checked a potential starting place for the mountain running champs in April on Mt Rob Roy. Kept going from near Lanyon Homestead behind Gordon to Point Hut and Pine Is. Stopped to get wet in the river with plenty of others trying to stay cool.
Great day in the ACT on New Year's Day, nice easy ride, good cross training day. Drank plenty of water while out so should be hydrated for a 20 km run tomorrow morning.
Top night at work last night, loaded to the front doors in the bus with plenty of revellers heading int0 the city to celebrate the arrival of 2008. Everyone in a very happy spirit, or was the spirit the reason they were so happy. Doesn't matter, excellent night if you have to work.
