Follow up on the morning blog, I did get out after lunch but didn't want to do much.A couple of schooners didn't sit very well at run pace. A little drizzle almost put me off, but I decided to get a bit of pace in to the legs. A short down hill warm up from home to the Outtrim footy ground. Then 8 laps around the boundary line on a solid surface considering recent rain. Each lap averaged 430 metres, some a little higher or lower depending on where the GPS picked up the satellites. Ran easy to average each lap in 1' 45" or about 4' 03" per km. Felt Ok and didn't push too hard to get it done. Plenty of people out walking their dogs, the wet weather keeping both owner and pooch at home.
I can now taper down without excuses, a few short runs home at lunch time during the week, probably do nothing on Thursday and Friday. Riding the bike to work and home will be a nice change as daylight saving means some light at the end of the day after work.

I love daylight saving. Have a great taper week.

Too many clocks to change, and get the direction of change correct.
If they had automatic adjustment, it would be easier.
At least 16 in the house, and a few in various drawers, and the one in the car.
Most have now been changed.
