Not much to be gained & plenty to give away by lots of running this week.
I ran very comfortably home at lunch time, then back to work via Pine Is. Spent 8 minutes in the water, then at work, a few light reps in the gym just to keep the upper body muscles acquainted with some type of workout.
There won't be much tomorrow, may be a bike ride to work and home at lunch time.
Wednesday will be a short run, as flat as possible, may be 4-5 kms tops.
At this stage, it's looking Ok, but you never know what will happen on the day/night.
1 Comments:
Pleny of beef & potatoes before the big day and you'll be fine. As long as you don't do a CJ or a Liz ;-)
