Twenty Seven Days @ 20 km ave

Today:
Distance: 15.3 km
Time: 80' 30"
Rate: 5' 16" per km
Weather: cloudy, temp 22 degrees, humidity 60%, SE wind at 25km
Week: 60.9 km
Jan & Year: 35.1 km

That's the plan, 27 running days out of 31 at 20km average per run. That still allows for rest days, easy short days, some cross training and of course, the long run. With Saturday's run increasing in length from now on, getting upwards and over 45-50 km by the end of the month, plenty of days of around the length of today's 15km. The mid week run and the Saturday run will be hilly.
Easy run in pleasant conditions, no sun, cool breeze, but more humidity down to Point Hut, Pine Is, stop in water for 10 minutes and back home. Very few people about, not much activity at all.
Bit jealous today as well, I read on cool running that there are 60 starters for Bogong to Hotham this weekend, good luck to them all. It is a very difficult event, in fact the only run that I missed the cut off a few years ago. That is, I took 6 and half hours to cover 34 kms up Mt Bogong over the the high plains. Terrific event, but tough.
