A BBQ at Night in Winter

Today:
Distance: 12.3 km
Time: 64' 44"
Rate: 5' 16" per km
Weather: sunny, mild, temp 17 degrees, humidity 40%, WNW wind at 25 kmph
Week: 56.05 km
May: 98.45 km
Year: 1833.1 km

Nice morning for running today, sun had a bit of warmth, the wind was light but cool. On my way back home, you could feel the sun from one side, with the cool breeze from the other, it felt just like standing around the BBQ at night in winter. One side warm, one side cold, just felt like turning around like a rotisserie. Running at the oval, that happens every 200 metres.
I ran to Pine Is , a short easy run to get some cold water on the legs. It is cold, today about 3 minutes in the river, a couple of minutes out, then back in for another few minutes. I had felt a slight twinge in the left hammie on the way down, maybe I am just getting paranoid that something may go wrong. However, that disappeared after the cold water treatment.
