Nice day for mid winter, just a hint of warmth in the air to go with some sun shine. Not much distance or pace in the run, but a role the legs over type of run and enjoy the outdoors.
Finished the run at the Pine Is beach to " test the water". Three times 1 minute in the water was all I could handle, still way too cold for any longer for me. And I sooked out with only just getting wet up to the knees.
