As I wrote yesterday, I have to make the most of my opportunities to run, some days it just doesn't work out. Lucky today to get time in the middle of the day to get out, not very far or fast as I intend to get to Molonglo on Saturday morning to hit a mountain or two in readiness for Two Peaks and the mtn leg in Triple Tri in the next couple of weeks.
Today, down by the river, first towards Point Hut and then back past Pine Is to the rock wall below the Lake Tuggeranong spill way near the creek. Not much to say about the run, no one around, except the humidity was a nuisance and the flies, plenty of them.
1 Comments:
I missed Molonglo - slept in! I might go for a plod in the rain later this arvo.
