Started and finished from Rose Cottage on the corner of Isabella Dr and Monaro Highway. Heaps of cars on the road may be going to grandma's place for Sunday lunch. Crossed the road, carefully, then crossed the horse paddocks heading towards the back of the MacArthur houses.
Found a familiar track, part of the Two Fruits loop, that went up the back of Wanniassa Hill nature park near Long Gully Road. Very slow, walked a few times, until I reached the reservoir near Yamba Dr. Followed the trail on the ridge to reach Karralika, then back towards MacArthur turning back towards the horse trails. Followed any track that went down hill, finally reaching the horse holding area off Long Gully road near the Monaro Hwy. Back to Rose Cottage, starting to feel Ok after a slow start.
Really nice day again, pity couldn't have enjoyed more time in the great outdoors.
No problems after yesterday's effort, slept like a log last night, a couple of nana naps during the day have helped.
Will get to the river tomorrow, all should be back to normal after that.
