Some Might Say It Was Hot

Weather: sunny, temp 36 degrees, humidity 25%, wind NW 15 kmph

January: 438.65 kms in 27/31 days at ave 16.25 km per run day
The general consensus is it was hot today, especially from noon onwards. But, the lack of humidity meant it was bearable for a short time.
I ran home for lunch, nothing special, felt Ok, drank a bottle of 600 mls of water in 30 minutes.
Car back to Pine Is after lunch, short jog before spending 15 of the best minutes in the river. Too warm for running recovery, but a nice time.
Not as good as Vanities Crossing on a hot day, but that is a special place.

No mention, so it must be too warm for the nymphs in the middle of the day.
A six-pack of beer is on the way if you can get me down to group 18 ;)
