Rate: 5' 47" per km
Weather: sunny, temp 24 degrees, humidity 50%, wind calm
Week: 42.05 km, Jan & Year: 272.55 km
Softshoe has been putting the long hard yards recently, topped off with a very impressive 80 kms today. This puts me well behind in the kms for the month, no chance of catching that up before the end of this month. He is certainly giving himself every possible chance at Centennial Park.
Nothing special about a short run down to Pine Is, along towards Point Hut, and back again.
Stopped at the beach for 15 minutes in the water, nice.
Probably a rest day tomorrow, too many things to do at lunch time.
