I think I need a day off running, but am not willing to give up and sunny day, even in January.
The weather has been so unpredictable & changing this summer, I only need to wait a day or so and we will get rain again. That will be my rest day.
Nothing exciting today, just rolling along. A couple of bus loads of kids playing at Pine Is meant a short cut to avoid them, but the young nymphs lying on the beach were worth a second look.

Thanks for the tip! If it's not more than 12k from my place to Pine Island and back I'll check them out Friday.
