Not much to report, Wednesday and today similar, just a run home from work for lunch. Car back to Pine Is, a couple of kms, then a dip in the river. All very nice and easy.
Humidity bit high for my liking, much prefer the weather last Monday and Tuesday, when a little warmer, but a dry heat.
Always get a lecture at work this time of year about running in the heat. But it's a bit like sweat off a duck's back, coming from those that would make easily make to Biggest Loser.
