A mixed up casual run today. After a brief shower of rain this morning, it didn't look like much of a day would eventuate. The forecast was for sunshine in the afternoon, you know what forecasts can be ?
It turned out to be a nice afternoon. I just ran easy around the local area, no pace or effort intended.
Stopped at Pine Is for 15 minutes of relaxing in the water, then jog back to work.
A short but intensive, for me, session in the gym to finish off a good day.
