Easing down towards the end of the year. My usual running partner is having an even easier time giving himself a well deserved rest.
No travelling today to run, just covering familiar if not used often trails from home.
Headed to Tuggeranong Hill, a half circuit going over the ridge from Calwell/Theodore side to Conder and back to the sub station.
A small detour to climb the hill behind Ewen's place before heading back back to Calwell oval, shops & home.
A nice comfortable pace, walked up a couple the steeper slopes, but generally Ok.
Best part of today was I finally got to sleep in, first time in weeks the alarm hasn't gone off at 5:30 am or earlier.
