May Going Backwards
Dist: 3.75 kms in 20' 56" at 5' 35"
May: 72.5 kms on 11/31 days at ave 6.59 kms per run day
Year: 1392.35 kms in 5 months at ave 278.47 kms per month
Lowest monthly running kms total in 20 years all as a result of being injured.
Activity during May has been restricted to mountain biking, plenty of days in the gym and some walking trips.
Biggest problem is that the fitness endurance base is falling fast so any running at all requires a few rest stops.
Hoping June will see a return to the running scene in preparation for the spring mountain running season.

Keep going backwards at that rate and you'll make a good partner for Mrs Muscles on the 'Couch to 5k' training programme.
