Being away on holidays especially going places that are unfamiliar & mostly flat terrain makes it difficult to maintain weekly averages in your running.
But, it's a good chance to slow down, freshen up & take the pressure off. Time to relax & enjoy.
I did manage to get some running done, mostly at go slow pace & enjoy the scenery.
I'm surprised with the distance I ran during those 9 weeks in total. But, most of it came in a 2 week spurt while back in my old home town of Canberra where I had both time & some good trails with hills to get back into a routine.
Probably the most significant point was passing through the 100K mark of vertical metres for the year inside 10 months. Better really as September was very flat.
Time now before the end of the year to get fit enough to find some good summer races.
