It Has to be Done!!
Today:
Distance: 20.75 km
Time: 1 hr 54 mins 25 secs
Rate: 5' 31" per km
Weather: sunny, temp 11 degrees, humidity 70%, cold southerly wind at 15 kmph
Week: 50.2 km, June: 200.25 km, Year: 2056.3 km
Ran the time trial circuit although not intending to run at time trial pace. However, the circuit of 12 kms took 64' 59", very similar to the previous runs. The cold southerly certainly slowed the section around the back of Gleneagles estate and the fire trail of Urambi Hills.
Overall pace slowed as I went down to the bush trail near the river, the soft sand and loose dirt, as well as wombat holes made any speed impossible.
Good run today, this is what needs to be done over the next month with the extra long Saturday's becoming very important. Praying for some fine weather, no cold snaps of snow off the Alps.
