I would normally have a long run on a Thursday but with the weather forecast at a top of 37 degrees tomorrow, I ran a little longer today. That gives me a chance to go long or short, stay inside or do something different. Even a bike ride would be very warm at midday.
Today, it was a run over the usual tracks near the river to get home for lunch then back to work. Nothing much to report, fairly quiet. Much better tempo than yesterday.
