Not much to report about the running today. Nice day, good conditions topped off with a spa in the river where I found some small rapids as the water level is going down very quickly. Very soon Pine Is will be a series of water holes, there are plenty of rocks showing now.
Yesterday was very quiet on the favourites scene of my regular passengers, Mondayitis or off Christmas shopping. Today they all reappeared, with the exception of the previous No 2, now slipping in the rankings having been absent for the last 4-5 weeks. Must have changed jobs or work hours.
As they say in the wide world of work, every one is replaceable, don't ever think you are that important the world will fall apart if you don't show up for a day or two. By the end of the month, no one will have missed you.
