An early morning run down to Pine Is and back before going out for lunch with our only relatives in this town. Not by planning, but the weekend running today made 50 kms in two days. Not as far as some, but Ok for me.
Beaut day, near perfect conditions, nice and enjoyable.
In some ways it's a pity events like SFT and the Canberra marathon get so popular. It should be good for the sport, some times it works in reverse.
