Rain overnight left a cloudy mild day and that tired, sluggish feeling. Hoping for a sunny afternoon, I waited, but it wasn't to be. I knew today was going to be a struggle. No rhythm.
A run as flat as I can find went down to Point Hut, along the river track to Pine Is and back home.
Nothing to report, no one about. I will run tomorrow then have a rest day on Friday before a long run on Saturday morning.
