Hardly Worth The Effort

The short run was only an excuse to get to the river. Sadly lacking proper recovery this week due to some terrible weather, and a couple of days when time got away from me.
Today, bit short on time again, too much to do, some things I have been leaving just had to be done.
Main purpose was to get into the river, although the water temperature is getting a little too warm. Very nice 12 minutes, it does work wonders. A few stretches as well, felt really good this afternoon.
Vanities is the place to go to get nice cool water.

Don't worry, I recorded only a 2k run when a storm it. Hardly worth the effort indeed, I felt like I hadn't run at all. And I had a soaked singlet for my trouble.
