Yesterday, an easy run around the bike paths near home before attending the monthly handicaps sub committee meeting.
Today, I didn't want hills as Saturday will have more than enough. Started from work over to the bike path that follows Drakeford Dr past Kambah Village to Sulwood Dr. Turned left to Kambah Pool Road.
Followed that down to the golf course. There is a grassy track, bit overgrown beside the course that leads to Gleneagles estate. Then across the open paddock to the Tuggie Creek rock crossing. Easy after that to Pine Is. Stopped for 15 minutes in the river and an easy jog up the road back to work.
Nothing much to report, no one else about, may be the lack of sunshine put the lunch time crowds off the nice surroundings of the picnic area.
Felt good all the way, water recovery as usual helps.
