Similar easy run along Ulverstone beach. Tide out today, so sand a bit firmer than yesterday.
Nice day again, finished run with 15 minutes in the sea.
I still have sore hammies, but seem to be getting better. Really need to get some a proper stretching plan back into place. No doubt, back at work next week, a routine will develop.
That's all the running in Tassie this trip, and not sure when I will be back.
