Lovely day in NW Tassie today, sunny, cool but nice wind off the sea.
A recovery run along the beach today, nothing special with only a few others out walking. The tide was high, going out, so a bit of soft sand running.
Finished with 15 minutes in the cool waters of Bass Strait which I think is the best recovery there is. A mixture of salt water & cool temps make the legs feel great.
The surf club had set up the beach flags so I did the right thing and waded & splashed between them.
Same again tomorrow if I get the opportunity.
