Day time running today during a split shift after I jokingly threatened to take Friday off work to go for a run. After work running after 12 hours at work don't make for good sessions.
Today, I ran the suburbs and along the river track at comfortable pace.
Nothing special except on the river track between Point Hut and Pine Is near the bridge, a wombat has been very busy digging a hole. It has two entrances, plenty of soft brown dirt has been moved, and doubt there is a very nice lounge room, kitchen & bedroom underground.
Otherwise, a big change to be running in such cool conditions. Looks like autumn is here & winter is not far away. Bugger !!

You really must have a word with that 'Wombat' - digging holes indeed! Much cooler today although by the time I ran in the late afternoon it was quite sunny and hot again:)Lucky you had a split shift today and could fit in a good run:)
