Improvement

Week:  10.8 km,  May:  6.65 km,  Year: 1656.00 km

A similar exercise plan to yesterday, just ran a bit longer & had a bit longer session in the gym.
The motivation is returning, the running is easier. Take no notice of the km rate as I was climbing fences & running on non existent tracks in nature parks.
Good day to be outside after the clouds and the condensation departed. Nothing else to report.
Mrs Muscles is going to do a Half Ironman in October. The training for that will bring the running streak to an end soon. Bike riding in a Canberra winter & swimming up and down a pool, Oh dear !!
