Not much to report, it's been a strange last few days.
The weather has changed with a big drop in temperature from last week's very warm days. Wednesday was the very windy day. Since then it's been cool with Thursday being out coldest December morning on record. Low temp of 0. something, just above freezing.
That to us would be a normal winter's day, even on the better side. Our normal is well below zero, some big frosts, no snow.
The running has been normal as well, mixing up a mid morning run, with a bike ride home at lunchtime, then running back to work. I have trying to get in a few hills to be ready for tomorrow morning on Mt Tennent.
I have this feeling it's going to be more difficult than usual.
