Normal Monday recovery run home at lunch time. Time & distance not important, but the stopping at the river at Pine Is is important.
Recovery after a big weekend sets up the rest of the week, so taking it easy while still logging a few kms is Monday's routine.
Consistency, and not getting in front of the plan to me is what makes the training work.
Prevention is much better than the cure, so a few minutes in the cool waters really help.
The weather looks good for the week, but I probably need a day off exercise completely. Next week will be low km, so I may tweak the plan a little and still hit weekly plan target.
