Easy day on Friday, a casual jog finishing with 6 minutes in the river at Pine Is. Brilliant conditions at the moment, certainly cool, but that's what it needs to be.
Today, a late start due to a sleep in, a cool start to the day & a quick trip to the shops.
A basic circuit of southern Tuggeranong suburbs from home to Theodore, Conder, Banks, Gordon to Pine Is and back home.
A pleasant afternoon to be out running. Not fast, may be that's why it was pleasant.
Tomorrow morning is monthly handicap at Majura Nature Park at Watson over 10 kms. I'm in no shape to run well, so will just amble along at the tail of the field and try to not finish last. A nice day is forecast, should be fun. No pressure is what I like.
