Monday is Recovery Day

Today:
Purpose:  recovery day
Distance:  14.1 km
Time:  85' 45"
Rate:  6' 04" per km
Recovery:  20 minutes in river
Weather: cool, temp 24 degrees, humidity 50%, wind east 20 kmph

Week:  14.1 km,  Jan & Year:  161.8 km,

Thought today would have easier than it was, but not worried as Monday's run is always " as it happens". I don't care about time or effort or how it all happens. Some stopping, some walking is all Ok.
I'm on leave from work this week, so an afternoon run in much cooler conditions than last week when our temps peaked at or near 40 degrees.
Stopped at the river for 20 minutes in the water, very nice, but not cold enough. Still good, but the run/walk back home after the time in the water was a struggle.
