It has been a while since I have been around the Theodore hills and with no real mountains needing to be climbed, a good chance today just to go for a run. Down past the Calwell shops, the oval and along the edge of the drain to a fire trail behind the Theodore houses to the electricity sub station before a circuit of Tuggeranong Hill. The track goes over the ridge and connects Conder with Theodore/Calwell houses offering great views of the Tuggeranong valley and as far as Woden and Mt Taylor.
Fairly solid run at no great pace, just out there to enjoy the day and appreciate no drizzle or cool winds to ruin the day.

You tend to forget how great those views are when you're on those tracks so often.
Good to see you taking it easy before the big ones for GH.
