I have sort of compromised between Speedygeoff doing 25 km just after the marathon and Strewth saying REST. I just jogged 8 and a bit kms at slow pace on the flat during a split break at work, when really I had over 3 hours to go everywhere.
Still plenty of tiredness so tomorrow I won't run, maybe a short bike ride or maybe a snooze in the TV room at work.
I need to save myself for Sunday, me thinks Strewth may win, no penalty for last month's great effort.
