A thick fog in the morning and then high cloud indicated we may get some wet weather. And for once the weather forecast was right, it rained just on sun down.
Around midday the conditions were fine and nice enough to get a short recovery session done. Just a run around Pine Is on flat ( ish) surface and to stand in the river for 15 minutes to get ready for a big run on Saturday morning.
