Almost the same as yesterday, hot, dry, dusty, distance, running course, etc. Really too hot to do much except run for a few kms, finish at the river, cool off, then run back to work.
Nice enjoyable day, just far enough to not get too dehydrated. Even in half an hour managed to drink 600 mls of water.
Hopefully early tomorrow morning won't be warm, distance and direction will made on the run. No plans for Saturday with Sunday on Mt Tennent watching some real runners go past on their way to the top and back down again.
After finishing on the drink station and demarking the mountain, I will run from the start area towards Orroral Valley to watch.
More information on the proposed Kowen Forest 24 hour run should be available after this weekend.
