I probably shouldn't have done anything today, but I did ride the bike to work and home, distance about 10 km. Then I thought I had better see if the legs wanted to work in readiness for tomorrow. Don't be deceived by that magnificent km rate above, it was a struggle on a flat road section at Pine Is.
But, it did get me moving so there will be no excuses tomorrow, Three Peaks.
