The Crowds Came Out to Play

Weather: sunny, temp 26 degrees, humidity 50%, wind calm

Another sticky, sweaty day with lots of overnight rain ( 30 mls) leaving the ground nice and soft with finally some run off in to the creeks and river. The previous few days of rain has been swallowed up by very dry soil.
The crowds came out to play this morning with the sun shining, a really nice day in my part of town. From the accents, the tourists were looking for somewhere to swim as they found the cool waters of the Murrumbidgee River.
A better run than yesterday even though the kms rate was nearly the same over a similar course. Enjoyable out there today, felt good, nice and easy.
Hopefully year 2010 will be as good if not better than this year. Just need to stay fit & healthy.
