Finally a cooler day, sunny after few drops of rain overnight. Easy and short, a reasonable weekend coming up, so didn't want to push either pace or distance.
Ran from work around the Pine Is area, 15 minutes splashing about in the river before the 1 km jog back to work.
Not much to report, Pine Is area almost vacant except for 4 others enjoying the water.
I need to average 14 kms running per day, rest day on Christmas Day, for the remainder of the year to make 4500 kms. Less than last year, but still a good result.
