Another near perfect running day. I waited at work until lunch in the cricket in case Shane Watson could get his hundred before lunch. He went in on 98 not out and finally got the magical ton soon after with a bit of a scare doing it.
It was really nice today in the great outdoors, no need for anything other than amble along enjoying the day. A fairly standard run home for lunch and back to work. Stopped at the river for a dip and cool down on the return. Plenty of people about as well.
