Today, a busy day with not much spare time. Luckily half of Canberra is out of town so work was easy. Second, I did manage to run home at lunch time, above details, not much but better than nothing.
Third, as a concerned global citizen about the warming of the planet, we are in the process of generating our our electricity from solar panels on the roof of our house. The house today was assessed for it's energy efficiency, it appears that we a reasonably good at home. Except I do like long hot showers, especially in winter. I may reassess that a little, but I do have more showers at work than at home in a week where the water usage is paid for by the taxpayer.
I been a little slack so far this year running wise, except Saturday on Mt Tennent so will have to kick up a gear. However, if a certain lady has a need for coffee & fruit salad, then who could say no. Call it a rest day and enjoy the company.
