Still Lacking

Nothing much to report. Ran home on flat Drakeford Dr bike path at lunch time. Wind strong and cold so run back to work although mostly down hill was hard work.
Still suffering from blocked nose & sinuses, it wasn't that easy. I figure that as long as I don't push the pace, I couldn't anyway, the legs will still some benefit. As well, I ride the mountain bike to work and back each day, so it all helps.
Riding to work early morning today, attacked by first maggie this season although I have seen and heard of others being attacked. Little bugger should have still been in bed at 6.20 am.

Well I was in bed at that time of day, didn't hear any magpies today, although, I see them in the daytime looking for insects in the long grass. Grass should be shorter after tomorrow,s lawn cutting.
