My turn today to pick a new shift at work to start on 28/5. I will get just under 4 hours off during the day with a 6:35 am start time and a 6:30 pm finish time. Break during the day will be from just before 11 am until 2:45 pm.
So a nice break to get some running done, lunch, gym, shower etc. Or go home for a nap.
Today, with less time off, I managed to get out for a nice easy run followed by 30 minutes in the gym.
All up, a good day, except for the traffic shambles in Woden late this afternoon caused by the unfortunate road death of a pedestrian near the Canberra Hospital.
