Nothing special today. A fairly standard run home at lunch time and back.
A short sharp session in the gym, careful not to do too much as I haven't done much recently.
Just enough to not go backwards, but certainly no progress forward.
The gym work had taken a back seat after Caboolture in late July. However, with several major events coming up in 2013, it will have to step up and become more of a team player.
