Local bike path, but not on the actual bike path, run this morning. Can't run on the hard surfaces.
Looking for a chance to run in the rain, but it stopped just as I left the front door, so missed out.
It has been a long time since I had this experience, not that I mind missing out.
Nothing more than a circuit of Isabella Plains, good even pace, felt Ok.
