Time: 1 hr 52 mins 51 secs
Rate: 5' 47" per km
Weather: cloudy, cool, temp 14 degrees, humidity 60%, wind from NW at 15 kmph
Week: 501.1 km
June: 160.95 km ( 100 miles)
Year: 2252.8 km

The joy of time off in the middle of the day. I have been to work this morning, been for a run around the outside of the Tuggeranong Valley, at home for lunch and writing this story now, then will go back to work for another couple of hours.
Not much of a day today, better than yesterday when it rained, I didn't run but had plenty of other things to do. From work I followed the tracks around the outside of Gordon, Banks, Conder, Theodore and Calwell. The wind was cool, conditions Ok, not that much fun but it had to be done.
Strewth, those poor sore legs of yours are from the down hill, not the up hill, just need more practice. We have all suffered in the past.
