Left work with no idea of where I was going to run. Headed up Isabella Dr, because it was flat, as far as Ashley Dr roundabout. After more moments of indecision, I went left towards Erindale shops, the continued on Yamba Dr to Farrer Ridge underpass. Looked at the clock for the time as I had left late, and crossed the ridge to the ACT Environment HQ on Athllon Dr. Back to work, better for the down hill but against a fairly strong southerly wind. Pleased with the run, felt Ok overall.
It seems Monday morning at Molonglo Reach at 8:00 am is the go for a long run. Good on Strewth and Ewen for coming along, it should be a good day.

8am will be a bit of a test - it was a bit frosty walking down to the shop for the paper this morning.
