Sunday Morning Reflection

Today:
Distance: 14.0 km
Time: 71' 22"
Rate: 5' 05' per km
Weather: cool, cloudy, temp 12 degrees, humidity 70%, calm
Week: 14.0 km
June: 14.0 km
Year: 2105.85 km

The day started out really nice, but a few clouds moved over and the temp has dropped. Forecast for showers later in the week, but we will waited and see, that has been said before, got nothing.
A run to get the month started, it will need to be a big one, up near the all time most kms. A good solid effort without be too much, down to the river and back, no stopping in the water, that will be during the week.
While running, I reflected on what had changed over the last few months. CJ has gone missing, hope I didn't miss the going away party, Strewth is going great guns ready for Gold Coast marathon and Ewen has gone the other way, thinking short and fast is the better option. Some other runners from the last few years have also drifted away. Elizabeth now finds 4 kms a long way, injured again and losing interest fast, never to reach her potential at SFT. We all change our focus over time.
