The drought and strong winds bought in a load of top soil from outback NSW. Visibility according to the BOM was about 2 kms, the mountains had disappeared.
Apart from that it was at least a warmish day, but not nice for running. Just did a bit but didn't want to chance swallowing too much dust. Right now as I write at night, the thunder is load and the lightning is often and bright. A bit of rain but not enough if we have to suffer from a stormy night.

Yes, wasn't very pleasant. Hopefully the weather will sort itself out for the weekend.

I hate to say this but Ewen hopes in vain. The forecast is for 12deg in the weekend - not nice!
