A little bit more running today than yesterday. And a little easier although the short outing was flat around the picnic area at Pine Is. Finished with 10 minutes in the water. Must take a thermometer down to get the water temperature.
The bike riding was to work and home for lunch. Nothing special about the day except too good not to do something. Perfect autumn day.
