Mt Tennent fire trail is closed today due to the rain yesterday not allowing vehicle access or runners to compete in the ACT mountain running champs. Not that I was running, but any chance to get there is always taken. No rain today, but it is possible.
This morning I met softshoeshuffle for a last longish run before Six Foot Track next Saturday. Nothing to be gained from either distance or pace, so we took it easy over the Wanniassa Hills and parts of the Farrer ridge.
Only observation of note was the number of people out walking their dogs. Almost one at every corner, good to see.

Hardly a sole on the bike path around the lake - must be scared of a little rain.
You missed a chance to run out to the Federal Hwy with Graeme, Cathy, Brett, Nadine and Chris - they covered 'about 30k'.

30 kms is too far this close to SFT. Need to do next to nothing in tapering week.

Any heels on the bike path Ewen? I saw some souls but few heels.
